City Clerk Bianca Tirado Launches Mobile City Hall Initiative
Under the leadership of South Bend City Clerk Bianca Tirado, the Office of the City Clerk is
launching Mobile City Hall, a new initiative designed to make local government more accessible by
bringing city services, information, and support directly into the city’s neighborhoods.
Clerk Tirado will launch the Mobile City Hall pilot at the upcoming Linden Avenue Farmer’s
Market, this Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The Market will take place
at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Dream Center, located at 1522 Linden Ave., South Bend, IN 46628.
“Mobile City Hall is about listening to our resident’s needs and making it easier for every member
of our community to access the city’s services and support available to them,” said Clerk Tirado.
Beyond delivering services, Mobile City Hall aims to strengthen relationships between residents and
local government. Every visit is an opportunity for conversation, allowing community members to
ask questions, share ideas, voice concerns, and build meaningful connections with the people who
serve the City of South Bend.
As it grows, the initiative will expand its presence through South Bend neighborhoods, partnering
with neighborhood organizations, community events, and local gathering spaces. To learn more
