RE: Studebaker National Museum Project A: HVAC Equipment Replacement
H&G Services is pleased to provide the following bid clarifications in accordance with
drawings and specifications dated June 30, 2026, and one (1) addendum
Bid Clarifications:
· No VFDs are included on RTU-4 and RTU-5. The existing RTU-4 and RTU-5 are
constant volume units. The proposed replacement equipment is also a constant
volume unit with a constant volume supply fan. The model number specified in
the equipment models is a constant volume unit but the control schematic shows a
VFD on the supply fan.
· Manufacturer provided powered exhaust kit is also constand volume and does not
included VFDs.
· No air flow monitoring stations on outdoor air included. This is not necessary for
control sequence and is not a standard accessory.
· Proposed RTU-4 and RtU-5 would operate as stand alone units controlled by
factory mounted controller. No integration of the controllers into the exsiting
temperature control system is possible under this portion of the project.
