Bill No. 20-26 -Alley Vacation -Western Half of the Unimproved North/South Right-of-Way North of Calvert and Immediately East of 2801 West Calvert Chris Tomkiewicz, Petitioner, 2801 West Calvert Street, South Bend, IN 46613, said he wants to vacate the property west of him. Committee Chair Gooden-Rodgers held the public hearing, and nobody spoke. He said half of the alley would be vacated to the petitioner, and the other half would be vacated to the railroad. Committee Member Waner moved to send Bill No. 20-26 to the Committee of the Whole with a favorable recommendation, which was seconded by Committee Vice Chair Sheila Niezgodski and carried by a vote of 1ive (5) ayes.
