Organizational Meeting Committee Chair Tomas Morgan stated that there was strong interest in serving as a Citizen Member, and she has interviewed all applicants. She said she will make final decisions about Citizen Member appointees within the next week. She reviewed the Committee’s 2025 Annual Report and asked Councilmembers to contact her with any questions or priorities for 2026. With no further business, Committee Chair Tomas Morgan adjourned the Health and Public Safety Committee meeting at 5:03 P.M.
