Committee Chair Sheila Niezgodski called to order the Personnel and Finance Committee
meeting at 4: l O P.M.
Organizational Meeting
Committee Chair Niezgodski announced that she has completed interviews for this year's Citizen
Members and is in the process of selecting new members. She noted that the Committee's 2025
Annual Report has been distributed to Committee Members and asked them to send her any
questions. She reviewed the duties of the Personnel and Finance Committee and asked Committee
Members to share their goals for 2026.
Committee Member Rachel Tomas Morgan said she will think about it and send her goals to
Committee Chair Niezgodski via email.
Committee Chair Niezgodski announced that the 2027 Budget hearings will be scheduled soon,
and the dates will be shared with Committee Members.

Committee Member Ophelia Gooden-Rodgers asked Committee Member Tomas Morgan to
repeat her comment, and Committee Member Tomas Morgan repeated that she will send her goals
to Committee Chair Niezgodski via email.
With no further business, Committee Chair Niezgodski adjourned the Personnel and Finance
Committee meeting at 4: 12 P.M.
