Change Order No. 2 for the subject project covers unforeseen buried debris removal. During the course of clearing debris south of the building, a 35’ x 40’ x 5’ depression full of demolition debris was discovered:
This was unforeseen as no other areas of the complex had a basement or crawlspace. Funding is available through a West Washington TIF allotment from the Redevelopment Commission.
