This change order includes process pump and piping modifications that were identified as requiring rehabilitation after further condition assessments and programmable logic controller input/output signal additions to capture equipment that was not identified during the original design project. Change Order No. 1 Summary: Piping Modifications at WWTP Building No. 6 and Building No. 7 $43,271.00 Demolish and remove existing piping on air diaphragm pumps Supply and install new piping, valves, and fittings for air diaphragm pumps Programmable Logic Controller Control Panel and Input/Output Signal Additions $31,876.00 Furnish and install junction boxes, terminal blocks, wiring, and terminations Provide Allen Bradley ControLogix Input/Output Expansion units Additional factory testing and PLC Programming Development for new I/O Change Order No. 1 Total (Increase): $75,147.00 Refer to attached scopes of work for each of these items for further description of work.
