Board Members,
I am requesting to rescind the request to advertise approved on the May 26, 2026 BPW meeting
for project number 124-069G (The Pointe at Riverwalk Framing Materials). The developer has
expressed that they wish to move forward with obtaining this materials as soon as practical as
framing for Building B is a critical path item in the construction of this development.
