SUBJECT: COUNCIL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING NOTICE AMENDED
NOTICE
The following Council Organizational Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, January 6, 2025 at
5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the 4th floor of the County-City Building, 227 W. Jefferson
Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The meeting will be legally held by way of a hybrid meeting and by using
the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. Members of the public have the option to attend the meeting in person
or may access the meeting virtually by the following link: https://tinyurl.com/SBCC010625
5:00-6:00 P.M. Organizational Meeting Sharon L. McBride, Council President
Agenda
1. Schedule pursuant to the South Bend Municipal Code § 2-3 for the sole purpose of electing the
2025 Council President, Vice-President, and Chairman of the Committee of the Whole.
2. Appointment of the Council Attorney.
