NOTICE
An EXECUTIVE SESSION of the South Bend Common Council will be
held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. at the following location:
Linden Conference Room
300 City Hall
215 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd
South Bend, IN 46601
Pursuant to Indiana statute, this meeting is NOT open to the public.
This Executive Session is being called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-
1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B) and shall be held with regard to:
1. Pending litigation in St. Joseph Superior Court Cause No. 71D06-1209-
MI-00159.
