AMENDMENT TO OWNER-ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. __2___ 1. Background Data: a. Effective Date of Owner-Engineer Agreement: April 17, 2026 b. Owner: City of South Bend c. Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: i. Phase 2 – Colfax Ave Streetscape 100% Plans and Stormwater Permitting Per directoion of the City after discussion and scope review, JPR shall add a billing phase for additional design and coordination and cost estimation exercises associated with the expanded timeline to match the County and DLZ bridge project timeline along with the City’s reduction of the project budget. Items discussed for removal include but are not limited to: removal of Hill Street intersection improvemets, cost estimations and the stormwater permitting which was previously excluded from the scope of work. 1. Estimated Additional Service Fee Request : $27,250 with addition of two new billing phases. Additional Design and Coordination at $20,000.00 and Stormwater Permitting at $7,250. 2. JPR will also continue construction administration under the agreement that time accumulated will be invoiced hourly. b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: 1) Previous authorized scope of services included the preparation of plans and special provisions for the LaSalle and Colfax Streetscape Improvements project.
