OACI149adj Troy Warner was elected to serve as the City's fourth (4th) District Council member in 2019 and took office for his first (lst) t-Iin on January 1, 2020; and Wirweats Troy was re-elected in 2023; and Wicleeads during Troy's time with the Common Council, he has served on several Council committees including Chairperson of the Committee of the Whole, Community Investment, Personnel and Finance and Health and Public Safety standing committees and a member of the Community Relations and a member of the Information and Technology, PARC, Public Works and Property Vacation, Utilities standing committees; and 61Ctsmaes, Troy's public service has extended far beyond his elected official duties and includes President of the Redevelopment Commission, Attorney for the St. Joseph County Sheriff and St. Joseph County Police Department and deputy prosecuting attorney; and c%i Troy is clearly a Renaissance Man; and /hs during Troy's time as a Council member the City accomplished over 2,000 new housing units in all corners and areas of the City, over a billion dollars in private investment with even more being announced monthly, record numbers of street miles paved, historic decreases in crime and shootings, adoption of twenty-first (21 st) Century policing policies and implementation of state of the art crime center and policing technology, major park renovations on all sides of town and miles of new multi -use trails, record spending on services for those fighting addiction and unhoused, and the opening of our new City Hall; and 6Area ai, Troy is also a devoted family man, and his public service would not have been possible but for his wife, Erin, and his daughters, Addison and Lillie, who have served as an inspiration. . , bf 44% Ge a Nololea/* a%Careel4M, i. tWen6 t �d : Section I.
