ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $139,050.00 FROM THE
SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND TO THE SEWAGE
WORKS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE FUND FOR THE
PURCHASE OF MOTOR EQUIPMENT TO BE ADMINISTERED
BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS BUREAU
OF SANITATION.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
To appropriate $139.050.00 from the Sewage Works Deprecia-
tion Fund to the Sewage Works Operation and Maintenance Fund for
the purchase of five packer trucks and bodies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I. The sum of $139,050.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund. This appropriation to
be administered by the Bureau of Sanitation and to be distributed
as set out below:
