COUNCILMEMBER SHEILA NIEZGODSKI ANNOUNCES UNVEILING OF NEW
RUM VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD WELCOME SIGN
Vice President and Sixth (6th) District Councilwoman Sheila Niezgodski is happy to announce the
unveiling of the new Rum Village Neighborhood welcome sign on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at
10:00 a.m. at Webster and Ewing "Walker Field Park".
"I am extremely pleased to see yet another exciting leg of the journey of transformation for the
Rum Village Neighborhood,” said Councilwoman Niezgodski. “This sign is another
accomplishment for the Rum Village Neighborhood Association. I am proud to be a part of this
celebration, along with Mayor Mueller, the Rum Village Neighborhood Association, and so many
other people who made this moment possible.”
Councilwoman Niezgodski invites the public to join this joyous celebration.
