AND IRONWOOD DR., IN ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: Section I_ That the following described property in St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, being contiguous to the present City limits, is hereby annexed to and brought within the City of South Bend, Indiana: A tract or parcel of land in the Northeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 30, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, Beginning at a point on the East line of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of said Section 30,. Township and Range aforesaid, 190.9 feet South of the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of said Section 30, thence South on said East line of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of said Section 30 a distance of 177 feet; thence West a distance of 200 feet; thence North a distance of 177 feet; thence East a distance of 200 feet to the place of beginning. Dear Councilmen: City water, city sanitary sewers, and city storm sewers are avail- able to this site. Police protection and Fire Department service can be extended to this proposed annexation without adding to the cost of providing such services.
