PARTICIPATION IN UPCOMING CLEAN-UP EVENT
Third (3rd) District Councilmember Sharon McBride Encourages Participation in
Upcoming Community Clean-up Event
Third (3rd) District Councilmember Sharon McBride encourages residents to participate in an
upcoming community clean-up event on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
Southeast Organized Area Residents, Inc. (SOAR) is hosting a community clean-up event on
Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Volunteers are asked to meet at
Broadway Christian Parish, located at 1412 Carroll St., South Bend, IN 46613. At 11:30 a.m.,
SOAR will provide lunch to volunteers at Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, located at
1620 S. St. Joseph St., South Bend, IN 46613. Gloves, bags, and grabbers will be provided.
