The petitioner plans to construct a new mixed-use building at 312-318 E. <br /> Colfax Avenue. The building will total approximately 112,000 square feet and include 30,200 <br /> square feet of commercial space along with 22 to 32 condominiums. The project will <br /> complement the Phase 1 building, Three Twenty at The Cascade, which was completed in <br /> 2019. <br /> The total investment in this project is $50,000,000.
