Notice of Executive Session
An Executive Session of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on April 16, 2026, at
10:00 a.m. in the Mayor’s Office Conference Room #601, 6th Floor, City Hall Building, 215
S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
The Redevelopment Commission will meet for the purposes as specified in I.C. 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(B) for discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that
is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing.
