AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE EXPENSES OF THE
BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1979, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,
1979, INCLUDING ALL OUTSTANDING CLAIMS AND
OBLIGATIONS, AND FIXING A TIME WHEN THE
SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION I That for the expenses of the Bureau of
Solid Waste for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1979, the follow -
ing sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out
of the fund herein named and for the purposes specified, subject to
the laws governing the same and subject to the conditions provided
in this Ordinance, such sums herein appropriated shall be held to
include all expenditures authorized to be made during the year,
unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided by law.
SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year,there is
hereby appropriated out of the Solid Waste Fund of said Bureau of
Solid Waste, the following:

the Bureau of Sewers eliminating expenses for each of the following line items:

Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion THIS BILL SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED
TO THE COUNCIL FAVORABLE, as amended:
Account 252, Equipment Reapir be reduced to -0 -, and
Account 260, Other Contractuals be increased to $63,026.
