AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING'MONIES FOR THE
PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING OF THE EXPENSES OF
THE BUREAU Of SANIATION, OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JANUARY. 1, 1979, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1979, INCLUDING ALL OUT -
STANDING CLAIMS AND OBLIGATIONS AND FIX -
ING A TIME WHEN THE SAME SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA:
SECTION L. That for the expenses of the Bureau of Sanitation
for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1979 the following sums of money
are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the fund herein named
and.for the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the
same and subject also to the conditions provided in this Ordinance. Such
sums herein appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures authorized
to be made during the year, unless otherwise expressly stipulated and provided
by law.
SECTION II. That for the said fiscal year, there is hereby
appropriated out to the General Fund of said Waste Water Treatment Plant,
