AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $13,350.00 FROM VARIOUS
ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE BUDGET OF THE BUREAU
OF SOLID WASTE OF SOLID WASTE FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In that certain extraordianry conditions have developed since the
adoption of the existing budget for the Bureau of Solid Waste, it is
now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the
original budget for various functions of that Department to meet such
extraordinary conditions; and
In that additional funds are needed for various accounts within
the Bureau of Solid Waste to assure the Department's ability to properly
perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various
accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY' OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the sum of $13,350.00 be transferred between
various accounts as set forth below:
