The Contractor covenants and agrees to make the following improvement, as fully set out in the Request for Quotations, Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, Plans, and Bid Proposals, all of which are set forth as a part of this Contract, for: PROJECT NO. Upon final acceptance of the improvement by the Engineer, the Contractor’s final estimate will be presented to the Board for final Payment with one (1) copy of the Project Completion Affidavit and one (1) copy of a Waiver of Lien. Zak, We are pleased to provide you with this electrical proposal based on our onsite meeting. 1) Install 0-10 volt dimming cable to QTY 11 existing LEDRT8R3A5000UD940 light fixtures. 2) Replace 3 way switch on right side of the room (as you enter the room). 3) Pull new low voltage cable to new LED rated 0-10 volt white toggle switch with dimming slider. 4) Install a lighting power pack above the ceiling due to current load produced by the quantity of lights. (11) Proposal Total: $2,650.00 (Two Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty Dollars) Clarifications: a. No permit is included. b. It is assumed these light fixtures were not damaged by previously being dimmed improperly. New lights/drivers are not included in this proposal. c. After inquiring Lithonia rep and researching it has been determined, this fixture (LEDRT8R3A5000UD940) is 0-10 volt dimmable. d. All work is compliant with all applicable codes and standards. e.
