The proposed position is for the <br /> Deputy Director for the Human Rights Commission with a salary cap of$100,235. This position will not be filled <br /> for the current year.It is expected that the Human Rights Commission will fill this position for the 2027 fiscal <br /> year. <br /> We'd also like to increase the salary cap for the Housing Manager from $78,005 to$90,000. This position is <br /> funded by federal grant dollars. <br /> I will present this ordinance to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings.
