GSb9 - S', AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $2,500.00 FROM.THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND FOR MIAMI HILLS RETENTION BASIN PROJECT. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Additional funds are needed for the Miami Hills Retention Basin Project. Funds presently exist in the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund established under the authority of Title 18, Article 6, Chapter 6 of the Indiana Code. This appropriation represents the City's portion of taxes payable on the property purchased for the future Miami Hills Retention Basis. At the time of original purchase, only the purchase price was appropriated and the decision to return to the Council for the property taxes payable was made at that time.
