Dear Council Members:
219/284 -9483
There will be presented for your consideration on November 6, 1978 an ordinance
appropriating the sum of $2,500.00 from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking
Fund. This appropriation represents the City's portion of taxes payable on
the property purchased for the future Miami Hills Retention Basis.
At the time of original purchase, only the purchase price was appropriated and the
decision to return to the Council for the property taxes payable was made at
that time.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact myself or Mr. David Wells, P.E.
Sincerely,
Michael L. Vance
