GAMMON ORDINANCE NO. �osw- -> } AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 110,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R &S 7905, LINCOLNWAY EAST AND TWYCKENHAM DR. INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to bring Lincolnway East and Twyckenham Dr, up to standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improvements have been proposed. Funds are now needed to pay the cost of Engineering and construction of these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund for these purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the projects in the amounts set forth below: PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT R &S 7905 Lincolnway East and Twyckenham Dr. Local Road and Street Fund $ 110,000.00 TOTAL PROJECT $ 110,000.00 SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
