GAMMON Approved and signed by me CL - - 12 - _oe a f 1 ORDINANCE (*, ^4,0 - "?I AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $106,600.00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 7904, IRONWOOD AND PLEASANT INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS, WITHIN THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: In order to bring the intersection of Ironwood and Pleasant up to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improve- ments have been proposed. Funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering and construction of these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund for these purposes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in the amounts set forth below: PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT R & S 7904 Ironwood and Pleasant Intersection Local Road and Street Fund $ 106,600.00 TOTAL PROJECT $ 106,600.00 SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor.
