AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $12,000.00
OF YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU MONIES FROM THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND CRIME CONTROL FUND
FOR VARIOUS YOUTH SERVICE BUREAU ACT-
IVITIES DURING THE PERIOD JANUARY 1,
1979 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1979.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In that additional funding is needed for the Youth
Service Bureau to provide a full program, and in view that funds have
been obtained by the Bureau to support these expenditures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The sum of $12,000.00 is hereby appropriated
from the Crime Control Fund. This appropriation is to be administered by
the Youth Service Bureau as set forth below:

There will be presented for your consideration at the January 22, 1979 meeting
an ordinance appropriating $12,000.00 of Youth Service Bureau's income as the
balance of their funding needs for the year 1979.
These funds represent monies received from the County Commissioner of St.
Joseph County, and are considered to be reimbursement for care and counseling
services used by the non-residents of South Bend.
