AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
$560.00 FROM VARIOUS ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS
ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE HUMAN RIGHTS BUDGET
OF THE HUMAN RIGHTS FEDERAL FUND OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
since the adoption ofntheaexistingn Federal rGrantybudgett for sth he H m developed
Commission, it is now necessary to appropriate more money than wasappropriated
in the original budget for various functions of the Human Rights Commission
to meet such extraordinary conditions; and
In are needed within the Human Rights that

properly perform its functions; and in that a surplus exists in other various
accounts of said Department's budget which is not presently needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the sum of $560.00 be transferred between
various accounts as set forth below:
