AN ORDINANCE FIXING MAXIMUM SALARIES AND WAGES OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, WITHIN THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE YEAR FROM JULY 1, 1979 to JUNE 30, 1980. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: SECTION I. That effective July 1, 1979 to June 30, 1980, the maximum salaries and wages for the following officers of South Bend, Indiana, shall be: PRESENT ANNUAL SALARIES POSITION SALARIES PROPOSED AMENDED I.
