Denial Descriptions:
•Construct a shed dormer inappropriately intersecting two roof slopes.
•Demolish a historic garage (retroactive).
•Construct a garage of through-fastener steel panel siding and roofing.
•Replace original, double-hung windows with replacement windows.
•Replace fiber cement shingle siding with vinyl siding.

Staff conducted 76 preliminary Section 106 reviews in support of other City of South Bend departmental efforts to deploy Federal moneys in our community.
This includes programs administered on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), such as lead remediation grants.
