I. EXECUTIVE SESSION - 1:30 P.M. Fire Chiefs Conference Room – Central Fire
Station –1222 S. Michigan Street, South Bend, IN
The Fire Department Merit Commission will meet in the Executive Session prior to
the Regular Meeting of the Commission for purposes specified as follows: IC 5-14-
1.5-6.1(b)(6)(a) to receive information concerning alleged misconduct over whom
the Commission has jurisdiction, and 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19) to have communications
with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.
