There was a quorum present. 1. ROLL CALL Members Present: Ms. Carolyn. V. Pfotenhauer, President Mr. Ray Thomas, Vice President Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director of Economic Development Ms. Cheryl Greene, Legal Counsel Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. Approval of the Annual Organizational Meeting and the Regular Meeting minutes of January 3, 2007 • Upon a motion by Ray Thomas, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Annual Organizational Meeting and the Regular Meeting of January 3, 2007. 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability- Century Center Project. Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification. of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Century Center Project. b. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -College Football Hall of Fame. Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the College Football Hall of Fame. c. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority. concerning Insurance • and Tax Liability -Blackthorn Golf Course Project. ., - . ~. The Redevelopment Authority February 21, 2007 Meeting Minutes Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Blackthorn Golf Course Project. d. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project. Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the South Bend Central Development Area Public Improvement Project. e. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -Morris Performing Arts Center Project. • Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Morris Performing Arts Center Project. f. Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability -Erskine Village Project Upon a motion by Mr. Thomas, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, the Authority approved the Certification of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority concerning Insurance and Tax Liability for the Erskine Village Project. 4. NEXT MEETING DATE: March 7, 2007 5.
