4. Request for Extension – 2025 Case Review Timeline
▪ Action Item: Motion to formally request an extension for the review of 2025
cases
▪ Justification: Cases include extensive video evidence (body-worn and in-car
camera footage), requiring additional time for accurate summary, redaction, and
analysis
5. Reconsideration of Cases Without Final Disposition
▪ Case CPRB1019
o Summary of complaint and prior review outcomes
o Presentation of new or clarified information
o Board discussion and motion toward majority disposition
▪ Case CPRB1022
o Review of initial findings and areas lacking consensus
o Updated facts or analysis from CPRO
o Request for a renewed vote to reach a majority conclusion
