Open Door Notice: This meeting is noticed pursuant to Indiana’s Open Door Law. Portions of the meeting may enter executive session as permitted by law, with any votes occurring only in public session.

Comments limited to CPRB business and community oversight topics, one hour in total
for public comments.
IV. Director’s Report
o Monthly metrics: One (1) Complaint filed involving the Angola PD.
o Outreach update MLK Dream Center outreach 10.03.25.
o Training: I attended the National Internal Affairs Investigators Conference and anticipate attending the National Association for Civilian Oversight of
Law Enforcement Conference.
o Budget Breakout Sheet 2026 Q&A

o Draft recommendations: Juvenile de-escalation & use-of-force
considerations.
o Possible motion to transmit recommendations to SBPD leadership
& Common Council.
