W414S AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING ORDINANCE NO. 6605 -79 ADOPTED JULY 9, L979 AUTHORIZING $10,000,000 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Background. (a) The City of South Bend (the "City ") heretofore Ordinance No. 6605-79 (the "Bond Ordinance ") by the City of 10,000,000 principal amount Revenue Bonds, Series A (Rahn Properties II A Bonds "); Common Council of the adopted on July 9, 1979 providing for issuance of Economic Development Project) (the "Series (b) The Bond Ordinance approved execution of an Inden- ture of Trust (the "Indenture ") between the City and a state or national bank located in Indiana and approved by the purchaser of the Series A Bonds; (c) The Series A Bonds have not yet been delivered and paid for, and the purchaser has designated the bank which is to act as trustee under the Indenture. Section 2. Designation of Trustee. The Indiana National Bank Indianapolis , Indiana is hereby designated as trustee under the Indenture of Trust. Section 3. The Series A Bonds in the principal amount not exceeding 10,000,000 shall be issued and delivered from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Bond Ordinance. We are filing herewith an Ordinance supplementing that Ordinance authorizing $10,000,000.00 in Economic Development Revenue Bonds of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
