February 16, 2005 Meeting Minutes
enter into an agreement with Majority Builders.
Mr. Alvarez asked where the property was located. Mr. Schalliol said it is on
William Richardson Court, behind Tech Data. This is the last lot to be sold in the
park.
Ms. Greene said she is verifying what properties the Authority owns and what the
Commission holds and will be bringing other properties to be transferred, as
needed.
Upon a motion byMs. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alverez, the Authority
approved Resolution No. 156 approving the transfer of real property to the South
Bend Redevelopment Commission.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: March 2, 2005
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:43 p.m.
