* Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller,
then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: RDC staff requests appropriations of funds to be used to assist with
professional services for pre-development work, to include infrastructure cost estimation, urban design,
underwriting, and other pre-development work that may occur in preparation for a formal purchase
agreement or development agreement.
SPECIFICS:
River West Development Area: $200,000
River East Development Area: $100,000
South Side Development Area: $50,000
