NOTICE The following Committee has been scheduled at the following location on the following date: Council Chambers 3rd Floor City Hall 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd South Bend, IN 46601 The following Common Council Committee Meeting(s) has been scheduled for Tuesday,
November 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor of South
Bend City Hall, 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601. The Committee meeting will be legally held as a hybrid meeting with the Microsoft Teams Meeting app. Members of the public have the option to attend the meeting in person or may access the meeting virtually by using the following link: https://tinyurl.com/UC112525 6:00 -7:30 P.M. UTILITIES COMMITTEE SHERRY BOLDEN-SIMPSON, CHAIR Agenda I. Call To Order II. Roll Call III. Topis of Discussion: a. The number of citizens signed up for the Utility Assistance Program. What are the outreach plans to increase the number residents in the program? b. Water quality - Summarize the differences in water quality in different parts of the city. c. What environmental factors impact the city's water? d. Citizens in the 2nd district have complained about their water. What should citizens do if they have questions about the taste, odor, color and consistency of their water. e. Update the public on how the city will address the "forever" chemicals
