then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Opening of Bids for Seven Lots on Carroll St
SPECIFICS: The Redevelopment Commission (RDC) issued a Notice of Intended Disposition and
requested bids for the seven parcels located at 502-524 Carroll St & 316 E Monroe. Bids are due at 9:00
a.m. on November 13, 2025. Any and all bids received by that time will be publicly opened and read
aloud at the November 13th RDC meeting.
