*Funds are subject to the City Controller's determination of availability; if funds are unavailable, as solely determined by the City Controller,
then the authorization of the expenditure of such funds shall be void and of no effect.
PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Opening of Bids for 212 & 216 S. Michigan St.
SPECIFICS: The Redevelopment Commission (RDC) issued a Notice of Intended Disposition and
requested bids for the property located at 212 & 216 S Michigan St. Bids are due at 9:00 a.m. on
November 13, 2025. Any and all bids received by that time will be publicly opened and read aloud at the
November 13th RDC meeting.
