Notice of Executive Session
An Executive Session of the Redevelopment Commission will be held on Thursday,
November 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. (or immediately following the conclusion of the
regularly scheduled Redevelopment Commission meeting) in the Mayor’s Office
Conference Room #601, 6th Floor, City Hall Building, 215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
Blvd., South Bend, IN 46601.
The Redevelopment Commission will meet for interviews and negotiations with
industrial or commercial prospects or agents of industrial or commercial prospects
as allowed by Ind. Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and to have communications with an
attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege as allowed by Ind. Code §
5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
