The November 5, 2003 Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to
order at 1:35 p.m. by its President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Owen Rock, Assistant Director
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of September 17, 2003
Upon a motion by Jose Alvarez, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried,
the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Rescheduled Meeting of September 17,
2003.
3. CLAIMS.
Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic
Development on September 17, 2003.
Wells Fargo Bank
South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Refunding Bonds of 1996
(South Bend Central Development Area)
Administration and Transaction Charges $2,425.00
