PURPOSE OF REQUEST: Opening of Bids for 1408 Elwood Ave Commonly Known as Drewrys
SPECIFICS: The Redevelopment Commission (RDC) issued a Notice of Intended Disposition and requested bids for
property located at 1408 Elwood Ave commonly known as Drewrys. Bids are due at 9:00 a.m. on October 23,
2025. Any and all bids received by that time will be publicly opened and read aloud at the October 23rd RDC
meeting.
