H&G Services is pleased to provide the following proposal in reference to your request for a
quote on replacing the existing heat in Warehouse #1 with two new tube heaters and a
hanging heater. This project is detailed in the Scope of Work below.
• Remove and dispose of all the existing tube heater system in Warehouse #1
• Install a new 75,000 btu hanging heater in the back Southeast corner of the building.
• Run the exhaust piping out of the side wall of the building.
• Install two new tube heaters down the center of the building with a 40’ 155,000 btu
heater going South and a 60’ 205,000 btu heater going North.
• Hook up gas and electric to all the units.
• Install new thermostats on all the units.
• Vent both tube heaters out the side walls of the building.
• Perform a startup on all the new units.
Provide necessary equipment to complete project.
Provide labor and manpower to complete project.
H&G Services proposes to provide manpower and equipment for the work listed above during
regular working hours for the sum of:
($29,543.00)

Note: All work is quoted during regular business hours of 7a.m. to 3:30p.m. Any problems
outside the scope of work listed above will be brought to your attention before proceeding.
