Public Document Archive by using this link https://data-southbend.opendata.arcgis.com/ Click
on the Additional Services drop down menu at the top of the screen, then click on "Public
Records Repository". From there, click on the Redevelopment Commission link to search the
minutes & resolutions for the amounts appropriated for various projects funded with TIF
dollars.
For Federal Funds, this information can be found in the ACFR in a report called "Schedule of
Expenditures of Federal Awards" and the AFR in the "Grants" section of the report. State grant
expenditures can also be found in the AFR "Grants" section as well.
