ROLL CALL Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, President Mr. Cleo Washington, Vice-President Mr. Jose Alvarez, .Secretary Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director Mr. Owen Rock, Assistant Director Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES • a. Approval of the minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of August 21, 2002 Mr. Alvarez noted that his name was misspelled on page two. Mrs. Hullinger said she would correct that. Upon a motion by Cleo Washington, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting of August 21, 2002. 3. CLAIMS Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of Economic Development on 2002. Century Center Bonds of 1994 Wells Fargo Escrow Agent Fee $500.00 Century Center Refunding Bonds of 2001 Wells Fargo Trustee Fee $2,000.00 • H:\ WPDATA\AUTHORTY\100902.min.wpd .~ The South Bend Redevelopment Authority October 9, 2002 Meeting Minutes South Bend Redevelopment Authority Taxable Bonds for Palais Royale Wells Fargo Trustee Fee $1,000.00 South Bend RDA Lease Rental Revenue Bonds of 1992 (Wayne Street Parking Garage) Wells Fargo Trustee Fee & Transaction Fee $2,600.00. Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Miss Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried, the Authority approved the claims submitted October. 9, 2002. 4. NEXT MEETING DATE: October 16, 2002 5.
