Dear Council Members:
We are submitting the attached revenue sharing appropria-
tion in the amount of $10,000, and ask your continued support
of the CANCO Program which we believe provides crucial services
and programs to the children and families of the City of
South Bend.
Community education, family training, counseling,
emergency shelter care and other important child protective
services have been provided and advocated by CANCO since its
inception. The amount of money being requested is relatively
small, but it is of great importance and concern to CANCO and
its clients.
If you have any questions concerning this appropriation
request, please feel free to contact my office.
Sincerely,
