AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING
FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,710.00 FOR THE
CALENDAR YEAR 1979, FROM THE SOLID WASTE FUND
(07) TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH
BEND, INDIANA, THROUGH THE BUREAU OF SOLID WASTE.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
Whereas, unforeseen circumstances have made it
necessary to appropriate more monies than were originally
appropriated in the 1979 Operating Budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION I. That for the calendar year 1979 the Council
does heresy approve an additional appropriation in the amount
of $29,710.00. Said appropriation will be administered through
the Bureau of Solid Waste as set forth below;
110.0 Salaries and Wages $ 29$710.100
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by the Common Council,
approval by the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory
requirements pertaining to emergency appropriations.
