Request for Traffic Impact Study and emergency-only secondary access
We, the undersigned residents of Lafayette Falls and nearby streets, respectfully request the Plan
Commission to continue or condition primary approval of Lafayette Falls -Section V until:
Name
1 J a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) is completed per the City's Site Development Guide §5-1 and
its mitigation (turn Janes, queuing, signage, officer control if needed, and phasing) is
incorporated;and
2J an emergency-only secondary access for fire/EMS is required before full build-out,
subject to Fire Marshal review.
