AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING MONIES FROM VARIOUS
ACCOUNTS TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE SOLID
WASTE BUDGET OF THE SOLID WASTE FUND OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT:
In that certain unforeseen conditions have developed
since the adoption of the existing operating budget of the
Bureau of Solid Waste, it is now necessary to a
money than was appropriated in the original budget�ttolmeetmthese
unforeseen conditions; and, in that additional funds are neede
in certain accounts of said budget,and in that surpluses do d
exist in other various accounts within the same departments which
are not presently needed. ch
of the CNOy,oTHEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council
as follows:
